Am planning to be there as long as my grandson's first birthday (25th) isn't celebrated that week end. Pray that we have it the weekend before cause I can't miss B-day #1 and I don't want to miss the Muster. Who would there to be to keep all you heathen rowdies under control?

I'm very pleased to see the GAF will be able to hold the Grand Muster this year.

Given the short notice, Lieut. Col. Windy City Joe will be playing catch up over the next couple of months so please be patient with him and give him as much support as possible.

With the change in date I won't be able to make the Muster as I planned this year.  I've a family obligation that weekend and Home CinC would not appreciate my absence (so WCJ, I won't be able to try out that "new" rifle I got from you).

I made sure my calendar was free for the Muster in Texas, but now that its moved forward a few weeks I'm not able to come.  We're hosting the neighborhood Halloween party that weekend.

However, as I told Lieut. Col. Drydock, next year I'm driving out so I can bring the guns, ammo, and gear I need, spending time along the way out and back visiting friends, relatives, and seeing some CW and IW historical sites.  I particularly want to do a CW tour of Missouri.
