Dalton, very nice HOG riggins !

JD Alan

Practice yes, plus excellent examples and mentoring from so many guys on this forum. I would not try to list the names of the guys from this forum have personally helped me with a project lest I leave one out. I do have to say being somewhere in person is an awesome thing, like being at WC's shop and working along side him and his students; what a great opportunity.

I was talking to Johnny Dingus via pm about shooting here in Oregon; I hope he will share a picture of his dropped H.O.G. holsters. I remember them looking real good.

JD you are too kind to speak so highly of my work.
You wanted me to post a picture of my previous HOG rig.  Well here it is but you have to remember that this was done without the pattern just by pictures before the pattern came out.  I've redone the belt since then but have not had time or have taken the time to redo the holsters.

Thank you all for all your inspiration and all the hard work you do to improve this forum.

Chuck, it looks like you're running a puppy mill there, only with holsters! Seriously nice work, and thanks for sharing.

Johny, you were the first one that I saw building a HOG holster long before Will was offering a pattern. That inspired me to give it a try, though it took me long enough!

Your other work looks great. Thanks for sharing, and I hope to run into you at a shoot somewhere here in our great State

God bless, JD

You've been a great inspiration to many Will, not to mention such a help when it comes to laying out well fitting holsters.

Thanks for all of your hard work and sharing of your skills.

I'm betting we're not done with this thread!

I chatted will Will on the phone and feel he's a really nice fella. My funds for lot's o patterns sent a few days ago.

That was fast. They came today.  8) Thanks Will.

Every holster I have made has been based on one of Wills patterns.  ;D.  Being of sound mind and a really nice guy, I have no intention of inflicting my workmanship on anyone by re-posting the pictures here.  What I will do again is...

Say: Thanks Will, had it not been for your patterns, I probably would never have made a holster and belt.

I intend to make a Hand of God rig in the very near future ... I need to purchase a short barreled C&B, then of course it will need a holster, enter the HOG.  Now how is that for a good reason to buy another gun?   :D

Too everyone that has posted pictures of your rig ... super work one and all.

Outrider, I love the Jessie James holster. Did you put any dye on it? What tool did you use to create the outline of the leaves? I have bought the pattern but i am confused as to how to stamp the outside edges of the leaves. Good Job.
God is fluxing me which is good but it is not fun.

outrider

That is finished with EVOO and the pattern is carved as per Will's pattern pack.

Hey Y'all      What a great thread!

I really enjoyed seeing the photos of all the excellent work!  Hope to be able to contribute more to the forum on a regular basis.  Anyway,  here is a holster from Will's  Cheyanne patterns pak  Finished it today.  I rarely do any carved work anymore, so I am a little rusty.  (you know how it goes....."the next one will be better, just need to change....")   LOL
Are you gonna pull those pistols or whistle Dixie? ....

Marshal Will Wingam

Beautiful holster, GW. The tooling is fine and the color suites it. Good work. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
