1860 carbine #21024, 56-50 conversion, wartime and postwar users?

 I have this 1860, 22" relined to 56-50, serial # 21024. I am wondering when it was made, who issued to originally and who reissued
to after conversion. There are no markings on the barrel, just on reciever and stock cartouches
