Finished reloading a 50 box of black powder 22LR cases tonight.  Previously noted that 4grs of DuPont FFFFg (Apr 1967) that was screened to 50 mesh filled the case to the mouth.  So, hey? Why Not!
Put a spout on the can, poured the powder to the lips with the excess spilling into a plastic container.  Have to admit - Sure was faster!

Will I do the same with my BPCR reloads?  Naw! ;)

BTW, 50 mesh powder does not need to be settled.  The grains are so fine, they nestle when one pours them into the case

The best I have ever done was reload 25 ACP... using a 22 case for a powder dipper.

It was quite a trip dealing with such small loads, so I felt your pain ;-)

John Boy,
You need to be careful, dipping can cause bad breath.
