I sorta noticed also, there are several steps in the "fitting" process omitted.  Oh, forgot, they don't fit 'em.  My Bad ;D

So, what type of Color Case hardening is that? They are sure not packing them in bone and charcoal. That process looks like something that would be easier to do at home with a hot bluing tank or something. They said it was dipped in hot salts. Anyone know more about that process?

Cyanide process. Ruger uses it, or at least they did.

Yeah, I wish Ruger still did. I am not a fan of the Matte Black on cowboy guns.
