Any idea of value? The one i found has black original grips in really good working condition, some nickle loss in small areas. You think 150.00 too much? The one i found has a little different cylinder pin set up and the trigger went up into the frame more.

Howdy GCR,

If you plan to shoot that thing, check the chamber and bore dimensions very carefully. I got a Belgian number like that more as a watch chain end. Decided to check the chambering and the closest I can come up with is 8mm Nagant. I'm not going to shoot it as that cart. would be too much trouble to cut into the mix. Also When the ham-fisted proof house employee put the proof mark on the bottom of the barrel, he raised a small dimple in the smooth bore.

I'd say $150 is on the high end, unless it functions perfectly and is in a readily available cartridge. If so it's probably a decent price.

But I'd advise you talk to someone who actually knows something about these pocket guns.

These 'Baby Hammerless' revolvers are the smallest double-action revolvers made.

The have two distinct types of spring - bot 'very' difficult to find when yours breaks, so if it doesn't have a working double action and trigger return - it's a cute paperweight.

They use the .22 Short Standard Velocity round - best shot with .22 CB caps, though.

The price is on the high side.

Vaya,

Good info thanks,he is actually asking 245.00 and i knew that was too much and i threw 150 out there. It is definately a bigger round than 22. at least a 38 and i could find no factory name on it other than three different initial stamps.Perfect working condition though and has about a 3 inch round barrel, one stamp looked like 45,but i didn't have a chance to really look real close as he was closing up...I'll go look better on Tuesday.

Looks like it might be Belgium, very close to the one with pearl grips in the video, but a round barrel, maybe 2 inch?

The photo supplied would indicate that it's 'not' Belgian, but a small frame First Model built by 'Kolb'....

However - the information you supply would indicate a large frame, and if the cylinder pin has a bar on the right side - it's a Model 1910.

Look at the hard rubber grips - these were made by ''Columbian' , 'Kolb' and 'Sedgeley' - the design will indicate which manufacturer.

I have one that looks exactly like the one in the picture right down to the lettering on the top of the frame and the pearl grips.  Mine shoots 22 short standard velocity rounds.  I also have some folding trigger pistols in larger calibers, but they don't look like that.
