Fistful of Dollars and For a Few Dollars More just became part of my Blu-ray library today courtesy of Target.  ;D

Keep a clear eye out for The Outlaw Josey Wales to hit Blu-ray this June.
A work in progress.

Ranger, I am pretty ignorant when it comes to the different DVDs.  I am going to buy a new one soon. I have quite a few regualr format DVDs.  Can they be played on a Blue Ray?

Yes you can play a standard DVD on a Blu Ray system but not the other way around usually. Another advantage is most of the newer DVD and Blu Ray players have a system that makes standard DVD even better as they improve the quality of the picture a bit.

I was in Asda the other day and saw the complete series of Deadwood in Blu-Ray and so as Rome. I'm a bit confused on which one to buy first. Rome, would you think?

It's called being "backwards compatable." So far, all Blue Ray DVD players and DVR's are backward compatable, in that they will play both formats, NTSC and Blue Ray...

Saw Blu-Ray version of The Wild Bunch in bargain bin the other day for $7.00 . Should have bought it but although I have a Blu-Ray player, my TV is a 760 not 1080 so I don't think I'm getting full Blu-Ray effect.
