Was always a cowboy as a kid, Ruger 22 to shoot, horse and lots of places to roam. Life corraled me and put my tail to work. I did a lot of shooting with rifles, shotguns and handguns. I was looking for a shooting hobby that my wife can participate in. I wanted to replace the Colt SAA I had as a kid. Research led me to USFA, I bought a Rodeo II. While researching single actions I kept seeing and reading about SASS. I became intrigued and registered on this forum.

Now I'd really enjoy learning another shooting descipline, meeting folks of the same mind and finding a shooting sport my wife can enjoy. AND, learn all I can about USFA revolvers. I am very impressed with mine. I can't find any catalogs. The local dealer has 12 or so USFA revolvers on display. There are tons of different options that determine pricing. Who has a secret for figuring all this out? Are there any break in secrets when shooting a USFA?

Buck Duane:

Welcome to this forum and congratulations on your first USFA selection.  You made a great choice and enjoy shooting your new revolver.

Your best bet to find out about all the models and options available on USFA revolvers is to go to their website and look under the products tab:

Another good source with actual photographs of USFA models for sale is Alex Hamilton's Ten Ring Precision website at:
