Gun Cart Regs?

Where in the SASS Shooter's Manual are the rules and regulations of gun carts discussed?  I can not find anything.

SASS does not have any rules regarding gun carts. Some clubs have local rules, like requiring guns to be mounted muzzle up in a cart, but that's it. Only a few local rules, nothing official from SASS.
