Eighteen?  I think one at the top center is actually a Volcanic.

These guns are all Henrys from the collection of Norm Vegley.  This is not a collage of several negatives placed together.  These guns were very carefully placed in a pile for this photo.

I have to agree with Trailrider.  It sure looks like the top center is a volcanic.

I can't count that high, but I know a Volcanic when I see one.

Looks like a Henry to me. It is just turned away fron the camera, the angle and shadow making the side look smaller.
