Ideal reloading tool (by Winchester)

Mr. Moderator, wasn't sure where to put this.  Feel free to move it, and my apologies if not the proper place.

I just bought an old (obviously) Winchester reloading tool for .32-20.  I have a Uberti '73 in .32 wcf, and want to use this to load some BP rounds.  Does anyone have the loading steps, proper procedures, etc?  It seems to be complete, with the decapping pin.  I've done some standard reloading, but I just need to be sure which hole is which.....lol
Anyway, thanks for any help.
