Got a parts gun from a gunsmith friend. He got it from someone else without the barrel. It appears to be a brass framed .44 navy, rebated cylinder. The frame was stripped out from the arbor, but otherwise all parts look good. The cylinder had no nipples and I discovered it would accept pocket navy nipples. The ratchet ring was too large for my Pietta, yet it fits my old Lyman '60 Army almost perfectly. Due to barrel being missing, any ideas who may have manufactured it? I had a book with a listing of all European proofmarks, but sadly cannot find it now. I would like to use the cyl. as a spare. Also, does anyone have a clue where to find parts for an old FIE Baby Dragoon?

I am now smacking myself on the head wondering why I didn't do that to begin with...
