What do you think,powder flask?Middle eastern? India?

It strikes me as one of those exotic-looking, not intended to be functional, very poorly made pieces intended to appeal to 'tourists'.

It would make a poor powder flask, with the large size of spout and just a ragged, punched hole into the interior.
It's either a copy of a type of powder flask or some kind of canteen.

I would guess India or Pakistan.

It's a bazar copy of an old powder flask - you can buy them in any of the bazars in Afghanistan, along with 'original' Martinis and Sniders and so-called 'Camel Guns' that were produced last week.

The appetite for souvenirs will never be sated.

With the troops rotating in and out of the Middle East, there are a helluva lot of things now hitting the flea markets and gun shows that weren't seen in years, as guys empty their rucks.
