Good Evening:
It has been my good fortune to have been the owner/caretaker of these two artifacts of the most famous gunfight in our Western American history. I had been a visitor to Tombstone for 20 years where I had the good fortune to meet and become friends with the owner of a museum which focused on our western heritage. Within this museum I had always been drawn to this display. The owner of the museum  became friends with the person who recovered these relics many decades ago. See the attached documentation for further details. I have blacked out the museum owners name, the original relic finders name and my own name for obvious reasons. The OK Corral Gunfight synopsis document is my opinion. The second document supplied by the person who found the relics has a notation at the bottom which was done by museum owner. I thought you might be interested and I hope you enjoy.

well i have the bell from the OK Corral, when i was there they were going to replace it with a better one,but i don't think they ever did,i was at the right place at the right time and some worker said i could have it if i donated some cash to the corral fund,i gave him a hundred bucks and he put it in the back of my truck,it has a little ding spot right on the edge where a lead shot  hit and richoched off, you can see the little spot there on the edge,it was better but the surface rust has hid it some.About time  i take my fine wire brush and clean it off again and it will show up better.. ;D ;D ;D

Well at least the kids in the nieghborhood think i am hot shot indian mountainman cowboy...And by golly that's what i tell them,at's my story and i'm stickin to it... :D they love the cap guns and arrow heads cowboy hats and mountain man stuff i give them too, and they love to hear the story of the bell at the OK Corral that Doc Holiday hit with a lead shot from his shotgun..You should see thier eyeballs, they just freeze and listen ;D

Bunch a ole scudders!
