years ago i got the layman 310 hand reloader in 44/40 cal. i used it for several years for my 73 winchester rifle. it worked and worked well. but  to shooting much more rounds then  10 or 20 every now and then i saw the limitations of any hand loader.in the field there fine for a few rounds but if you need to load several hundred as i do now, they wear you out fast. kurt250

I know the drawbacks. I am still not a big fan of hammering primers in; I normally reload with a turret press, but, to me it's the purity of it all. My wife kids me because I prefer firelight and kerosene lamps to incandescent bulbs. Not one of my firearms was designed after 1897. So I think it would be fun to load 40 or so rounds with a realistic set of 1880s reloading tools.

I like the idea but I'd rather have something like Ideal Tool with the little bullet mould on the one end. I'd buy somelike in the pic though if that was all there were. They could work in the field with a separate bullet mould and would be another cool period collector type thing.
