Ifin your worried about where hot brass might end up, dont look to close a Winchesters or there clones. they eject streaght up. a bigger hat might better protect your....... places where brass might end up. I have an old Win that ejects about half of the emptys on to my hat.  your marvin may need to be jacked a little more forcefully, just to show him whos boss! DR

My dear Miss Vous, it is not your fault.  I can see from here that your Marvin has not been properly broke of his bad habits, ruffian he is.   Like many the young Marlin, he could use some schooling.  I hear tell there is a Widder about that can school the young Marvin, make a proper gentleman of him, kind and soothing to the lasses.

(If ya can't operate yer Marlin's lever with a pinky, it can use some schoolin'.   I beat the wildness out of one for a young lass.  A mere two pounds of effort will cycle it, and it's so gentle on the ammo going through it, you simply can't feel it feed em.  A 90 lb waif could make a proper run with it all afternoon, it's that gentle.)

I am not fixing Marvins if he wants to jack with me.. lol...  I am getting a 38 before I worry about making it smooth.  Right now I would have to use two reloaders to keep shooting.. So, I am going with all 38's, and maybe a Lee... the guys at the shoot think I can use a Lee just fine.. lol... Or they are just wanting some entertainment?  lol.

I've got three presses . . . and the one I use for almost everything is an old Lee three hole turret press.  Very handy.  The newer versions can be converted to 4 hole and the new in the box ones are 4 hole.  But the three hole works just fine.   :)

Beware the man with one gun, he probably knows how to use it.
