Well here ya go Forty,it's another property or land grab.Let's say you have a 400,000.00 home and you've been workin your a$$ off on it for 5 years and it's out in the country on nice land.You need 15,000 dollars to finish up the landscape and be done.Well BOA will not loan you 15 but they will loan you 25 and at the sametime devalue your property.Let's say they have a stipulation in all that paperwork that states in bank language that if you late so much time on a payment they can take your property,remember the stimulas,well BOA was the biggest reciever and Obama has told them to start loaning money,well they have all the foreclosures to resale now and they want the rest anyway they can get it..Fema flood zoning was one way,it cost me 600.00 to prove them wrong now how do i recoup the 600.00??

This is why they are calling all the time,they have been told to loan probably by tiers.I think we should all call our congressman over this sounds bank robbery to me!!!

They can't get my land.  I don't do business with B of A and I have my place homesteaded.  Another 14 months and I'll have the mortgage paid off, too.
