AC, I've never done any coloring, but from what I see it looks like you did a great job. The antiqued look is good too.

I think I have posted the knife before but I just finished the sheath for my buddie at work so now he can carry the knife!  It is a fairly large blade so the sheath he wanted had to be rugged enough for whatever he plans to use the knife for.  I ended up drilling the stiching holes with a fine bit on my Dremel.  I normally just use my awl but the leather plus the welt was too thick for me to use the awl.  I don't make enough sheaths to ever justify a machine(besides the CFO/Wife says I have enough toys).  Now it is time to get some new leather cuz that sheath used up my last cow.
