Nobody does anything,past 4-6 days nothin different,nobody makes comments,good or bad or anything,no damn feedback.Which i feel is very very rude!! :-X If ya ain't gonna use it make it somethin else so the rest of us can use the space for somethin.

I sure hope it doesnt get shut down since its one of the few places anywhere to discuss such topics. I've spent whole days reading old posts. While it may be slow the board does contain some extremley hard to find info and great pictures of original knives.

I'll delete this thread a bit later.

'The Cutting Edge' works best when it sticks to its original premise - that of period knives and other edged weapons - and folks respond quite well to that information, if my PMs are any indication.

I just came upon a load of information on butcher and skinning knives - the most ubiquitous knives of the Old West - used by one and all.

I'll post manufacturers names pretty soon.
