The boy bought a copy of GOW #44 yesterday.  I was flippin through it and saw a pic or two that made me take particular notice.  One was of Lou Graham on page 62 belchin smoke and flames.  Dang.  Celebrity status!  It's one thing ta post on the internet.  It's entirely another ta be in the papers.  Yeehaw!

The other pic is a feller I've done some smithin for on page 37.

Congrats Lou.....would be one of the few reasons to actually buy the thing!    Is that the one that has "Guns of the Quick and the Dead"?

I don't remember any Rugers, or 32-20 73 rifles with tang sights in that movie??  On the "Guns of Lonesome Dove", the only one they got right was the Henry.  These are almost as bad as the covers they had a couple of years ago with the almost same caption "Terrific Trio" and had three guns on it....caption stayed the same, but the guns rotated. 

I'll have to look inside it and see Lou's picture though.
