Movies where you will see original or reproduction 1866 Winchesters used.  I think Shaun of the Dead is the best example!  ;D  Nothing like shooting zombies with a cowboy rifle.  ;)

Just saw a 66 used in another movie: Back to the Future III;D Doc has one with a really whacked-out scope on it.  The year was 1885.

There was an A Team episode where BA was in a bell tower with a 66 carbine.

just watched geronimo(wes studi) the first time in years. robert devaul gets in a horse chase with two indians. in the same gun battle he first shoots a model 66 carbine. after he kills the indians, he seen setting down wipping the gun down and it has changed to a model 66 rifle. gotta love hollywood

Danny Glover in Silverado, with the fore stock removed.  Also not movie but TV, the Cartwrights on Bonanza carried 66's with the fore stock removed.

Tom Chaney in True Grit  ( John Wayne's)  shoots Frank Ross with a 66 rifle with the forearm removed in the opening scenes.
Later at the Creek ( when Mattie slips down the hill ) Chaney has real Henry w/ a sling.
