Undertaker died at about 11:00 today due to complications of diabetes and emphysema.

He was at a therapy session to help his walking when it happened.

It's not known if services are planned.

Memorial services at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 West "G" Street Entrance about a block west of Mountain Ave.), Ontario 91762 (909-986-1201) June 11th at 3:00 pm.

30 people showed up.  Service was very simple, only about 20 minutes, like Chuck would have wanted.  He was a simple man of simple pleasures.
