Capt. Montgomery Little

Do we have any final info on availability of the barracks?  Last time I slept out in south Texas, I had to shake a vinigaroon (sp) out of my boots. Not a pleasant thought to have to do it again. However, I have heard that Caldwell County is more civilized than Dimmit County. Yeah, right!

Looking forward to the trip.

No printer, I  remember using the address on the form off the GAF website, which has both addresses now that I look  again.  Any way you could check?   If they don't have it I'll cancel the check and write another.

Capt. Little,

The Barracks will be ready but bring BUG spray.  The snakes will be in their holes so as not to bother anyone. The Fire Ants, but thats another story.  We have learned to get along with Them.     Anyone desiring to stay in the Barracks you might want to bring a cot.    We are attempting to install a shower and hope it will be ready.

Oh, boy.....fire ants! If we end up camping(modern tent), what do we need to bring to defend our campsite against these critters? Anything we can spray around the perimiter to repel them?

Windy City Joe

:'(  For a reasons, I won't be able to make the GAF muster, so take my name off the list. If any thing changes I'll let you know.

Capt. Montgomery Little

Pony Express,  Just get a can of ant spray and spray a perimeter around your tent or get a bag of the newest Diazanon replacement and sprinkle it around the tent then soak with some water. Fire ants don't normally bother you unless you set-up on their home or a pathway.

Scooter,  Don't recall if the General is going to be at hand. Have you received a definitive statement?

Bvt. LTC Montgomery Little, GAF Senior Chaplain
