worked fine with 130 grain mc, holds 15 in the tube

like eating pistachios, all gone before you know it

only hitch was when trying 148 grain wadcutters

didn't work, didn't expect it to work and only loaded 2

some minor phishing with screwdrivers got  that sorted out

boy these rifles sure have a radical drop at comb and drop at heel

I've had my 38spl. '66 carbine since early 1968, and I wouldn't give it up for the world. I load 10.0 gr. 2400 behind a 158gr. flat nose, Winchester style cast bullet. Good for the carbine, but too hot for most handguns, Colt SSA excepted. I'm working on a new load suitable for my .38 Richard's conversion.
Good luck with your new rifle, and I hope it pleases you as much as my carbine pleases me.
