Annie,

If it is all of us you had best call work and tell them you will not be in untill Wednesday due to stupidity on the part of others.   ;D ;D ;D

I only shoot to support my reloading habit.

I believe her arm's gonna get real tired............Buck 8) ::) :o ;)
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....

Joyce (AnnieLee)

Yup, all you all who posted here. My arm can take it.

I'm still tired/worn out from the weekend, though. Sure wish I didn't have to go to verk today.

Just remember dearie, work gives you freedom. Or at least that's what the Germans told all those camp workers during WWII.

I'm one of those few who "retired" at the age of 40. Now, almost 18 years later I'm running out of money and I am not dead yet. Gotta figure out what to do, but it coulda been worse.  ;)

Joyce (AnnieLee)

By the way, it was great meeting you, Book. Sorry I didn't have more time to shoot the breeze, but they had our posse hopping.

Annie Lee,

"Hopping" is putting it mildly.

I prefer the more leisurely pace of a monthly shoot. With all due respect to Chuckaroo, who is my personal hero, I got the impression that "getting it over with" was the order of the day. Which, I suppose is how you need to run a large event.

All the more reason for me to confine myself to monthly match shooting. (Not to mention it's cheaper.)

I hope we can get together at Waldorf. It's on my calendar, and if the firearms gods are with me, I'll be shooting two identical revolvers by then, instead of a Blackhawk and a Bisley. (For those who are curious, I'm buying a second Blackhawk.)

Thanks, Billy! I shot Gunfighter, but the plaque was made for Duelist. No worry about my getting a big head when I got beat by a Buckaroo!

I put the mojo on you and made ya shoot slow?  Hmmm.  What I said was yer shootin man-killer loads at steel that's already daid. Even Lead Dispencer couldn't shoot those loads fast.

Naw, Manatee, you put the mojo on me well before then.

"Annie, you'll be a State Champion as long as you don't Match DQ. Better not drop a gun."

I was positively paranoid about dropping a firearm the entire match. It was mojo, I tell ya!!  :D

By the way, I asked Chuckaroo and the posse leaders about my load before the match began. They were all comfortable with it.

Aye, Slim, that's Minny, and that's me with my thumb wrapped over him. Ugh! I have to be more careful about that, but...

the mojo was workin' on me, and I didn't drop him!

Thanks, Trinity and Tom! Just another point... when I kilt them there targets, it was with a 1 oz  Winchester 12 gauge load. :P

Heck, anybody brave enough to shoot gunfighter, who then runs into a stage that's a pistol sweep 1-3-5-2-4 deserves a medal in my book for not just dumpin' the whole ten on one target and takin' a "spirit" penalty. I watched Annie shoot that mess on stage 3. She shot the dang thing clean, which is in itself a creditable thing.  :o

Hi, honey, I'm home~~~

Lady Law didn't show up on Saturday and she still got more rank points and beat me, that's how slow I was shooting. I blame it on Manatee, he put the mojo on me as soon as I showed up on Thursday.

Hey, Annie sorry about Sat.my diabetes was ghiving me some problems-newly diagnosed and still learning what I can and cannot do-felt really bad Sat.   I can't imagine with the way I was shooting shotgun that I could have beat anybody!!!!!!!
