This was done on very light veg tan(2 to 3 oz) as a prep to doing a small wallet for my Grandson.

Thanks TW, there are plenty of mistakes, but not bad.  My main concern was to see if I could carve on light leather.  Never cut through, so it was sucessfull.  If I could draw, I wouldn't have to use others patterns, oh well....

Looks good to me AC. Backgrounding can be a real bugger, but it looks like you're getting it down. I know it's something I need to work on
