Tools, always a good topic  ;D.I have a shop tour on my website,if you care to look. The only change was after my layoff, when I moved my rear bench up in front of my bandsaw to do leatherwork on.This also gave me room for my two rollaway cabinets I had at my day job.Trying to fit in 8" of tool boxes was tough in my little shop. The other rollaway shown is my wife's( she was layed off from the same shop).Dave :)

Howdy Dave,

Just got done visiting your website. You have an impressive workshop but more impressive is the work you turn out. Your Knives and Sheath's are true works of art. Many thanks for sharing this with us.
You need to learn to like all the little everday things like a sip of good whiskey, a soft bed, a glass of buttermilk,  and a feisty old gentleman like myself

Johnny I agree with you on all points: Dave's shop is awesome, and he really puts out some quality stuff!

I'm not going to post a picture of my shop area, because people will ask why I don't get more done. In the Tortise & Hare story, I'm the shelled critter,NOT the one with the big ears!

Heres a link to awhile back on the same subject.
My benches have changed a little since then, but I dont have any current pics. Mainly I have a shelf added at the back, and my tools are under it. I want to build a solid and wider bench and get away from the drafting table that is used now. Then I can use the drafting table for cutting out instead.

Heres my current one. Found a pic.
