I think if you go to GOOGLE and search for WITTICISMS you may find a lot of what you are looking for. There are sites that have several of the quotes you are looking for.

Rod these are known as "Spoonerisms" after an English preacher named Spooner who did this all the time. A Google search should give you all you want.
