KOOTENAY COWBOY

I signed on with this outfit and was told to ride fences on the eastern slope.
Iam here but someone left the gate open and everyone rode off.
I"ll sweep out the cabin and clean the rats out of the loft but I hope you/all  come back before winter.
It gets mighty cold in these parts.

We do check in occasionally!  I usually hit "unread topics", and this doesn't always show up.

Most of us, as you have noticed, do most of our roaming in the general topics.  I like to get an idea of who is from North of the Medicine line.  We have a few peculiar issues, like Gun control and limitations on cross border shopping, but mostly meld into the greater cowboy world.

Us Canucks seem to maintain a good reputation out there.

I hang my spurs in the Centeral Kootenays of B.C..
Iam a paid up NRA. An original member of the Reform party and wishin it was still with us.
Grew up in Calgary and know what a chinook is ;).
Presently retired and complaining about Gun Control.
Was an original member of the NFA but when Laycock left it fell apart.
Good on Alberta for the Wild Rose Party. 8)
Any way I see you/all are a shooter and know your way around the issues.
Keep up the good work.

The Hefley Creek bunch are quite active. Contact them if you are in striking distance of Kamloops.

I am in Fort Victoria, and a EDA director of the successors to the Reform party.  Spent some time in Edmonton myself.  Never joined the NFA, but kept in contact all along.

I spend a far amount of time on the Ft Steel Range durnin my IPSC days.
When the cold weather breaks I'll strike for a match over there.
Do you have any recollection of a Outfit known as the Regulators in Collville Wash.
When the sun raises straight on the horizon there is no shortage of events in this area.
Iam just buildin my loop for next spring.
Good talking with ya. 8)

I believe that one of the first arrivals at Wildhorse Creek was a Dispatch rider from Ft. Colville that got lost!

Don't know them but whatever it takes.  Drop down to Bonners Ferry & threabouts and check 'em out.  If you travel a bit go across to Rocky or down to the 'Loop.
