I knew the song, even remembered the music.

West Side Story! Wow! I saw that so many years ago. Back when I still went to the movies with my parents. I started proudly going all by myself at the age of nine.  

I'm not a big fan of musicals, but I don't hate them.

When I was a sophmore in High School we were punished by havin' to watch "West Side Story."  Don't know what we doned wrong but it was horry-bull.

The English teacher acted like it was the greatest honor on earth to be 'llowed to watch it.
