Well, since it's her tree I'll just sit and drink while she does the work.  Every few minutes she'll ask why I'm not doing anything and I'll pick something up and put it on a branch.  She'll end up moving it anyway.

:o

I'm always adding to it.  Everytime you tell us a little about your turkeys, I add it under "Additional Training".

We'z harvested our balsam "Charlie Brown" tree from my better-half's cousin's land on Saturday and put in the stand in the house. Yesterday, I "gathered" decorations (pine cones) fer it from the white pine in the front yard with the coach gun.  ;D

Where I'm at in some cases there ain't no bag limit, get a Season Choice, 2 antlerless for the price of one and use the proper weapon for the season at hand, so you can hunt from Sept 15 to the middle of Jan.  When you fill the tages just pay $27.50 for another set and keep killin' and butcherin'. ;D

There's a tree at work the usually drops some very nice cones and I usually forget to pick them up.  This year I noticed that they were falling early, but few.  I only got five good ones. :(  I wanted to have a basket full.  Now the really sharp ones are falling.
