Better yet...have a lung removed.  You could use the space for your stomach enlargement.

I've been known to do that on occasion.  Sometimes a burp shortly after a meal will bring back a tasty bit of meat that's still got some good chewin' left on it.

After Trinity's done thinking, he goes down to the local slaughter house and starts asking questions about the cow bellys and what they do with them when they take them out  ??? ???

Trinity,  hating to waste any potted meat products, but still wanting a cow belly, asks how much a whole cow belly would cost a fellar.

SAUMAGEN:

Ingredients
1 small pork stomach
375 g fatless pork belly
375 g pork meat
375 g ground meat
1-2 rolls (put in some milk)
1 kg boiled potatoes
2 carrots
3 eggs
2 onions
1 bunch of parsley
1-2 cloves of garlic
salt,
pepper
marjoram
nutmeg

Procedure:
Soak the pork stomach overnight and use twine to close two of the three apertures. Cut the meat and potatoes into small cubes. Stew the onions, carrots, and parsley in butter. Squeeze the garlic. Mix everything with the rolls and eggs and spice it well; then put everything into the pork stomach and close the third aperture. Put the stomach in hot water and cook for 2-3 hours. The water must not boil! Cut the stomach in 2 cm thick slices and serve them with mushed potatoes and sauerkraut. Alternatively you can store the cooked stomach in the fridge and fry it when you are ready to eat it.

you need to come over sometime and we'll cook ya some meundo, it's cow bellly cut up in chunks and cooked with 4 or 5 ox tail with lots of Hominy, with just the right amount of New Mexico chili powder and cummin

then when you get it out in your bowl ya add chopped onions and lemon juice and get some corn tortillas to go along with it.

It's good.

To be honest, I don't really like to eat pigs stomach like that.  I like the recipe, but I just pile the stomach up on the side while I eat the stuffing.  I can really only eat stomachs when they are in potted meat form.  It's not as chewy.
