litl rooster stops crying and realizes that he has stopped his truck in front of a building that looks suspiciously like the litl roosterville Hooters.  Suddenly he recognizes some of the girls and knows it is the litl roosterville Hooters, but now its in TrinityLand. litl rooster begins to cry again!

As he cries a river of tears, the EPA comes along and tickets him fer pole-loot-in' the Ralph River.

Then a police officer strolls up and points to the No Parking sighn where litl rooster stopped to cry and writes him another ticket.  As he hands the ticket to litl rooster he smells the gunpowder and orders him out of the truck.  litl rooster climbs out, but as he does a button pops from his pants and hits the officer in the eye.  The officer manhandles litl rooster to the gound and cuffs him with plastic ties, writes a ticket for indecent exposure and hauls him in for abusing a police officer.

Delmonico sees a sign, Needed, Judge For The Circut Court Of Trinityland, delmonico goes in, gets the job and sets litl roosters bail at $250,000.

Ozark comes down to the jail to see litl rooster,  tells him if he can raise a little bail money he can get him out, hands him a card,

  litl rooster makes a few calls and  in a little while, miss montana brings the money,  Ozark writes the bail takes pea eye as collateral,  and lit rooster,gets out of jail.

Ozark, thinks as he waks away well I got that cash money before the lawyer, he have to carry the credit,   but that the way bailbonds work.

litl rooster knowin' he's in deep trouble drives his old beat up pick-up truck to Canada.

getting there early in the morning, litl rooster goes into a cafe and starts to order breakfast,  finds out he don't speak the language, too far North,  jumps back in his truck and heads for litl roosterville and Miss Montana's cooking.

But on the way home he finds out the birds have ate his bread crumbs and gets lost in the middle of North Dakota.   Ot rather Nort Da-co-ta.  (They don't always speak the same language there either.)

litl rooster calls Miss Montana from North Dakota and she gives him directions and wires him some money so he can make it home, he'll be home tomorrow.

She goes out and finds the best attorney that money can buy, and one that knows all about Dels shinanigans.

With Pea-eye as collateral there is NO WAY he is going to miss his court date.  Under no circumstances is that horse going to be taken away.

litl rooster calls Ozark when he gets home and asks about Pea eye,  finds out Pea eye is eating good  and feeling fine.

litl rooster gets real sad after hearing about Pea eye,  gets him a beer sits down and writes several county/cowboy songs, sell them to Alan Jackson and Brooks and Dunn,  become overnight hits, litl rooster makes millions.

But he looses it all in a poker game.

Which falls into the Ralph River, the camera man is also arrested fer pole-looting.

The camera man looks at his stupid lookin' little dog and says, "Toto, I don't think we're in litl roosterville no more."

Trinity hears of litl rooster's misfortune at the poker tables and shakes his head.  "He weren't never no good at nothin' 'sides Go-Fish, poor feller.  Dail, who is that man over to tha jail cryin' to his lil dawg?"

litl rooster gets real sad after hearing about Pea eye,  gets him a beer sits down and writes several county/cowboy songs, sell them to Alan Jackson and Brooks and Dunn,  become overnight hits, litl rooster makes millions.

Unbeknownst to litl rooster when the millions come in for the song written for Alan Jackson and Brooks and Dunn, Miss Montana invests a very large portion of the proceeds and there is more money then he can ever loose in poker game.
And brings Pea-eye home where he belongs NEVER to leave again.
