Pepper spray is good on tacos, but ask Slim, the pepper sauce I took to the Muster was better.  Ya ought to have seen Slim's toes curl.

Yep, a very little dab.

How many Scoville heat units was it rated?

I don't know, it melted the probe on my Scoville tester.  Ya see it starts out kinda warm, then it gets hot, then hotter and pretty soon it really start to burn and by the time it really warms up it's too late to spit it out.

It has about 12 or so different types of peppers in it and a little vinegar and a bit of salt and looks like really red apple sauce.  Every new batch it a new adventure.

I like things hot, but not so hot that you can't taste what you're eating.  For that reason, I seldom add hot sauce to anything.  I also hardly add salt or pepper to prepared foods.

Ya wouldn't like this one then, it is fer serious hot lovers, but it has such an interesting flavor, many types of peppers are so much better than just one like most pepper sauces.

Trinity walks in with a tree which he stands in the middle of the room and begins to spread garland and lights all over the place.  His wish is that Santa will stop here first and drop off the big packages that he doesn't want to carry far.
