Wonder if Rocky Roads is related to Rocky Meadows  ::)

I remember when I joined the GAF. I was from reenacting and didn't shoot CAS so I didn't understand about alias's. Something was mentioned about Rocky Meadows and I asked what a "Rocky Meadows" was and was informed it was a who and received an email photo shortly there after  :o :o

Col Pitspitr Sir
I have the honor of informing you that Miss Rocky Meadows GAF #142 who is currently listed in our rosters as in the Department of the Pacific from Oregon moved some time ago to TEXAS so she is now in the Department of the Missouri.  ;D  Since that Department falls under your Command how about getting her officially transfered in the rosters?
Respectfully

Welcome Troops!!
I know Thaddeus, and he shoots with us in Grand Island, but I am afraid I dont know Rocky Roads. Is Rocky an eastern or western Nebraska trooper??
And RJ, being from Ks and all, cant be too bad of a person to have on your side!
And Rick, we know hes a pretty good cook so far, too!

Cawfee is needed by me in the mornings to get my heart started. The first 10 years that I was a Cop, I spent all my time on nights. A lot of black coffee and 2 to 3 packs of cigarettes kept me going. I quit the smokes about 30 years ago. I still gotta have that Coffee.

Yep, quit cigarettes in 1990. 2+ packs a day,- especially when lighting up, taking a couple of puffs and then set 'er down in the ashtray to work on something mode. Next thing ya know there's a nice rooster tail of ash, so light up another.

Funny though, I went for a decade and then took up puffing on cigars as a social thing at multiple-day shooting/camping events. Ambiance went well with cards in the Saloon, etc.

Too expensive to become a regular habit, and since I only smoke 'em outside I stop when the weather gets cold enough to where I can see my breath. Usually start up again the first big shoot of the new season.

I do like my coffee, too. Prefer decaf or half-and-half if drinking it black as a breakfast/commuting/at work beverage.
But if it's a flavored gourmet coffee to be enjoyed leisurely, give me the full octane every time. ;D

WHOOPS!!
Welcome new recruits! Thread kinda got sidetracked . . . :-[

It's OK to sidetrack.  BTW finally talley for the muster was we went through almost three 2.5 lb bags of coffee at the muster, I say almost because there was enough left in the last on to make one 12 cup pot at home on Monday morning before work. ;D

Didn't use the extra I had someone pick up in town on Sat. ;D

Capt. Montgomery Little

Hey Col. Pitsptr, Sir. Mikey wants to know if you can just make sure she is at the 2010 Muster so he can take more pictures. BTW, the 2009 Muster pictures are on a DVD and headed your direction (as soon as he gets them in the PO).

Pitspitr

Well now, I suppose we'll just have to talk to the Texans about that. Mz Meadows would be an added attraction to a Texas Muster.

Please tell Mikey, Muchas gracious!
