I'm a printer and when I get a long run going on my old machines I have time to kill.
Good time to heat up the pot and make some bullets.
Running short of roundballs, so I've been using two 454 Lee 2 hole molds and just wishin somebody would come up with a quality 6 hole 454 round ball mold. ::) I'd pay in advance for one.
Any body know of one???

Hunh? Dick, Hunh? ??? :-\

No kidding.  I sure could use a six cavity .380", .454", and a .457" right now!  Why the heck did Lee stop making them???
Check out my website at www.bpstuffllc.com for blackpowder shooting supplies and custom finished and tuned cap and ball revolvers!

Why in the heck has Dick not started making them?

No hassle at all, just a good reminder.

We're working on the back orders for other molds and have Two designs
handled now and Six to go.  Then, the round ball mold project.  We'll be
making .457, .454 and .380 sizes first.  Yours will be one of the first
ones.

Easiest way to know when they are ready is by doing what you just did.
That and checking the web site (it was down yesterday but now it's up
and running).

Thanks for the nudge.

Would that I could, but I have to do what I can.  As it now stands, YES, there will be Six Cavity Big Lube® round ball molds coming.  I've got a shipment of PRS molds coming next week and some prototypes of other designs to cast and prove.  We will get to the spherical cavity molds and I do wish it could be sooner.  Right now, the bottleneck is the backlog on the Seven Axis CNC machine.  I'm getting extreme precision products, but that kind of quality takes time.

My machinist/engineer is working evenings and weekends on my molds.  All the parts, materials and supplies needed are in my hands.  Now, it's simply getting the cavities cut.  Wouldn't ya know. . . The most important part takes the most time and can't be done before any of the others.  Cavities are hard to stockpile. . .

They're a coming pards.  They will happen.

P.S. I'm including a free sample of Bull Plate with instructions with each Big Lube®LLC mold I ship.  Thanks Fairshake.

Not really.  When Sawyer and I were kids, we'd dig up old wells, and cut them up into fence post holes.  We could get a whole truckload of fence post holes real quick.  We tried to sell them, but couldn't find many buyers. ::)
