Very nice rig, the scallops with spots adds a nice touch, and the two tone also adds to the looks as does lacing up the main seam , good carving and all around good looks, thanks for sharing ::) :o 8) ;D

I haven't been on the forum much lately, due to work issues. I've not done a lot of leatherwork either for the same reason. I've taken this opportunity to look back a number of pages and I've seen some really great work.

A shooter showed up with a nice Kirkpatrick rig, and asked if I could make a matching sheath for a knife he recently had made. It's a nice one, Damascus steel, nine inch blade.

Since my wife took this picture I've added a keeper strap. I enjoyed trying to match up the stamping and the color.

Thanks Guys for the positive comments. I've been going through a real rough patch at work; not my problems personally, but dealing with other people's issues, which is part of what I do, but I've really missed being on the forum.

I failed to thank Cliff Fendley on the original post for his help. I had a few issues with this project that I wrote him about, and he was a great help, so Thanks Cliff!

Your welcome JD, I don't know how much help I was but it turned out great. I'm still amazed at how well you matched the color. that's not always easily done.

JD  great job on the sheath.  I would have never guessed they are from two different makers.
