This is some info on Bob and Lee Douglas. For those not living in the US, export and import taxes can be very expensive. The way to do it would be to ask a pal on Cascity to get them for you and ship them over.

It's a set of three tools.
The first pushes the washer down the shank of the rivet.
The second puts a nice neat head on the back of the rivet.
The third puts a dome shape on the front of the rivet.
