Bill and Santee  nice job you both did.

Bill, that's good work. Very clean and well made. Don't worry about your English. We all speak "leather" around here.

Santee, very cool holster. The barrel sticking through a little is a nice touch. It looks the part beautifully.

Here's a set of drop holsters for Julie, a friend and shooter in our club. The stamp is a triple heart, which I got from Chan Geer, but I don't remember the maker, since Chan sells for several different too makers. It's something she chose, along with the Conchos and the color. She's going to continue to use her gunbelt for the time being.

Once again I used a modified Slowhand Bob holster pattern. (Thanks Robby) They have a pretty good lip on them that makes them easy to reholster. I used 8/9 W&C Russet, lined with 4/5 veg tan from Tandy. I used Fiebings Oil Light Brown along with an application of Sidmore's, followed by a coat of Bag Kote.

With the time constraints of work it took me close to 3 weeks to get these done.

JD very nice job. You got it down pat. She should be very happy with them. KT

JD, those holsters look good. The heart theme is very suitable for a lady, I made a rig for my wife using a heart theme and she likes them. The finish is nice and rich. Nice job.

JD those holsters are remarkable. It has been awesome watching the progression of your leather work over the years. When are you going to start teaching classes?

I made it back again from my annual ski trip without any broken bones. As Lou Gehrig said in his farewell speech at Yankee stadium, "I'm the luckiest man on the face of the earth".
