I know all about those crappy days But like you said and showed!!! We tend to forget what realy is important! TW sent me a email, that stated, the great wonders of the World, Too See, To Hear, To Touch, To Feel, To Laugh, and to Love!! Sometimes life blind sides us and we forget what is Important!!
I hope that tomorrow will be better!

Slowly I am starting to feel a little better, so today I spent a little time in the shop today, wanted to do a little carving! Allways before I have gotten better with practice, so after getting a lesson from WC, I thought I learned a lot, but I guess that I must of forgot everything he showed me! I went a head and finish the craving, as i was walking to the house, I stop and showed it to the dog that was in my yard, I don't have worry about that dog anymore, that carving is so ugly it cause the dog to have a stroke and died!! I told you it was bad!! Well, Back to the drawing board

The weather is just AWESOME!! I couldn't take it any longer and just had to get out!! I am not going to give up, I am just going to keep plugging along! I have a new idea I want to try, it may turn out worse that before, but if I don't try a new approach I may never get the hang of it?

I tell the most outrageous stories.....I even get some of them published.   

I'm just breaking into leatherwork.  My original attempts, in 1954 or so, were the BSA kit type.  Every now and again I get the urge and make a really terrible knife sheath or something.

This time I'm going to go for the gold.

In the meantime I still have those stories.

Howdy, pards. I see you've been having a good time while I was forced to relax for 3 days in a campground in San Luis Obispo. No internet. Talk about primitive! Well, we survived and all is well. OK, I have to go catch up on the threads.

Howdy fellows,

Life is good!!  I have been to the beach the last 6 days and am getting a great tan!  Good view in a LITTLE pink bikini this afternoon.  Walked on the beach for an hour and found a few nice shells.  Got my exercise.  Went to an antique show this AM and got a couple of nice things!  Saw a neat 32 Rimfire Remington Rolling Block for $500 with a passable bore.  A bit expensive for me in Rimfire!!  Had fun and saw  bunch of neat items.  A gray cowboy hat, 3X for $20, still there.  Was 72, sunny and a great day all around.  Chili for dinner with some great Zinfandel wine.  Still finishing off the wine!  Taking a LONG time to type this 'cause I have to go back and type the right letters!  Y'all have a great Sunday!!!!
