Lady Law is back in business!

Although she did not make yesterday's shoot at the Jefferson Outlaws, Lady Law is out of the hospital, and sounded pretty dang chipper on the phone last night.

She says she's planning to attend the Outlaws' RO clinic next week, and I believe her.

Thanks to those who kept my good pard in their prayers over the last week. I'll leave it to her to fill in the gory details.

Thanks to all of you will prayers good wishes.   It helped-believe me-this was supposed to be a minor hernia repair-well it tweren't.  Out patient surgery-nope, it tweren't.  A few hours in recovery and then home-no way-I went from a somewhat healthy 49 yr. old with a small hernia repair with mesh.   After the surgery I was still 49 yrs. but that's where the similarities ended-now I was a 49yr old woman with a racing pulse, a blood pressure to die for -literality it was a mite too low-now with diabeteson top of that-And the icing on top the whole mess-my very nice room-mate from the 'hood' who on the last night of my spa stay decided to have a meltdown.  The volcano eruptions that destroyed vesuvius St. Helens have nothing on this 90lb. gold toothed  tatooed young ladywho decided she was not getting her due of pain medication.  Time of meltdown  approx. 10:30pm screaming , crying calling the boyfriend on their Nextel cells.  Me on the other side of the room is started awake albiet it is a drugged state (eariler- would you like a sleeping pill to go back to sleep along with your pain pill?) to the crying and yelling and one of those heavy recliner chairs they have in the room-go sliding accross the floor like a bowling ball.   Me-flashback-morning paper-boyfriend of pian crazed woman goes on hospital rampage last night killing 3 nurses the boyfriend said had neglected his girlfriend.   the room-mate a reporter askes  What did she have to do with it-youar girlfriend said she was nice and really helped her thru her stay.   The boyfriend just shrugged his shoulders and mumbulded  something about the woman being a cop and the only good cop is a dead one.
When it was time to go that next morning-GOOOOOONNNNE!  No one is touching me with a scapel ever, never ever again

This all really did happen right down to my drugged induced senario  (But the senario never happened-just my feverish thoughts)
