Hope you never do what I did with a laptop recently. I was visiting my daughter and while unpacking our stuff, I drove over my laptop with the car. The computer still works but the LCD screen was shot. Talk about a senior moment!

You don't give yourself enough credit for your work!!! A good friend of mine paid for me a year of The Leather Crafters and Saddlers, and they show winters of contest, I hate to say, but I usealy don't argree with there picks, but I pick those that are pleasing to me!! So who to say!! In my mind, and I am not down there, your saddle is #1 to me!! Although I had nothing to do with your saddle, I feel liked I was there when you made it, because you shared the making of it with all of us!! Thats ACES to me!!!

I agree that you should have had a second place, at least. I like the % coverage you had better than the winning saddle and your scrollwork is truly fine.

The guy that won definitely did a good job, though. All right, so start thinkin' about what you're going to do to beat that next year. You know what the judges like, now.
