How do you post photos?

O.K. I've been trying to post pics of my new uniform for two days. Doesn't take anything I've tried. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks, Al.

Al, there's a couple of different ways to do it.

One is to save the picture in a format that makes it under 150 KB then select additional options and attach it.

The other is to download the photo to a web hosting site like image shack or photobucket then copy the link to that site. Highlight the link and click the hypertext button (it looks like a globe with a clipboard in front of it.)
