Actually, they are cases made by (or for) Chaparral Arms - thus the CA in the headstamp.

I can assert this positively because I just received a batch of Chaparral Arms cases -

Rattlesnake Jack Robson, Scout, Rocky Mountain Rangers, North West Canada, 1885
Major John M. Robson, Royal Scots of Canada, 1883-1901
Sgt. John Robson, Queen's Own Rifles of Canada, 1885
Bvt. Col, Commanding International Dept. and Div.  of Canada, Grand Army of the Frontier

Sir Charles deMouton-Black

Zactly like the ones I got from MARSTAR sold as Chapparal!  From past posting, they are current European manufacture, Italian I think.

P.S;  MARSTAR is a Canadian company.  They don't always have a lot of stock available for the arcane stuff.  I got their last 40 45-75 cases this spring. I don't know if they have restocked.  Our European Pards seem to get it, but pay through the nose, as we do here in the Great White North.
NCOWS #1154, SCORRS, STORM, BROW, 1860 Henry, Dirty Rat 502, CHINOOK COUNTRY
THE SUBLYME & HOLY ORDER OF THE SOOT (SHOTS)

So, if one were interested in procuring said cases, where might one look?

You might have to contact Chaparral Arms to ask who may be carrying their products in the USA (..... assuming that is where you are located .....)

http://www.chaparralarms.com/contactus.htm

Their Website lists two US Dealers - Charter Arms in Connecticut and KBI (Charles Daly shotguns, etc.) in Pennsylvania, but as near as i can see, neither of them lists any specific Chaparral products ....  (In fact, to the best of my knowledge, Charter Arms terminated any connection with Chaparral some time ago .....)
