dis-assembly of 1878 coach gun

I posted this ? on TOR but figured I would bug you guys over here to-except most of you are on all the forums anyhow. My ? is this. Does anyone have any instructions on how to separate the stock from the receiver? The gun did not come with any instructions of this nature and I got a big curious up about the inner workings of this beast. There are some screws that are obviously holding the wood to the receiver but there are some that I am afraid to touch for fear they may be holding some of the internals together. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My first thought would be to check with the maker and importer for an exploded view or directions.
Of course someone here will likely know the answer if they read this.
