Are these folks hard to get a hold of? I've called them several times today to find out if my order went through and no one there will answer the phone? I ordered it last Wednesday or Thursday I forget which and I haven't received a confirmation e-mail or anything.

Got my badge yesterday it looks wonderful, very high quality. I thought the badges were silver though? Mine is gold? Oh well it sure looks nice and I've mounted it and my GAF membership medal on my uniform coat
