Karl Malden has passed ... perhaps not best known as an Actor in westerns...still he did a few good ones

"The Gunfighter," 1950.
"The Hanging Tree," 1959.
"How the West Was Won," 1962.
"Cheyenne Autumn," 1964.
"Nevada Smith," 1966.

Also farewell to Harve Presnell .. :'(
I remember him as Rotten Luck Willy in " Paint Your Wagon " one of my favorites
when planets align...do the deal !

Texas Lawdog

My wife and I saw a Broadway production of "The Unsinkable Molly Brown " with Harve and Debbie Reynolds.

The Elderly Kid

Malden was also in "One-Eyed Jacks," starring and directed by his long-time cohort, Marlon Brando.
And I saw Harve Presnell on Broadway in "The Unsinkable Molly Brown" with the original cast - Tammy Grimes as Molly. But he was fabulous in "Fargo."

Skeeter Lewis

One-Eyed Jacks is one of the great westerns.
