Who makes the Marksmanship Badge?

Once my targets are evaluated and hopefully approved, where can I purchase the marksmanship badge from? Is it still through S&S Firearms? If memory serves me, qualification with one weapon entitles a Trooper to a bronze badge? I checked S&S and they have no listing for our marksmanship badges in the relevant sections of their catalog.
