It would be very interesting to see what SSS members look like, so what are the chances that members of SSS would be willing to post a photo of themselves (color or black & white) for all to see, especially in your cowboy or Civil War outfits, if possible :o :o :o

This has been requested several times before without any serious response :P  But, after seeing the photo of Tuolumne Lawman, 12th Illinois, and Arizona Trooper :o :o, maybe this request will get a better response this time around.

If you have a photo and cannot post it yourself, please send it to me at fsgrand2@fairpoint.net, and I will post it for you ;D ;D.  I would like to see at least 800 x 600 photos posted, not those little thumbnail photos ::) ::).

My alias is Bumpas Bob. Pictured are my pards at Petersburg Va. Battlefield Park dressed in Union blue. We normally portray the 15th Va but the Yankees were short that day and we took one for the team. I am in the rear with a 1865 Spencer carbine. Another SSS member 1816 Flintlock is in front with his 1865 Spencer Rifle. There are actually three Armi Sport Spencers in the image. I am on the left rear; another gentleman in on the right rear, and 1816 Flintlock is in the front. Just the three Spencers alone provided a significant amount of firepower that day on the flank. My Carbine messed up on me during the match. Didn't get any pics.  When it comes back from Chiappa I'll get some pics made.

Two Flints, had a couple questions for you on the first two pictures that you threaded on this thread. On the picture of you, where did you get your hat and tall moccasins from? My second question is about the second picture that you added. The man on the left, the sling on his Spencer carbine, I have never seen one like that before? Was wondering where i could find some more information on that sling.

Hi Edward,

The hat I'm wearing is a Boss of the Plains hat from this company, just go to this link:
http://www.cmhats.com/

The Mocs I am wearing came from: Ottawa Creek Bill, special made for me.  You can contact Ottawa  on the NCOWS forum; just PM him with any questions.

That Union soldier on the left is Tuolumne Lawman and you can contact him through the CasCity site; just PM him with any questions.

Hope this helps.  Are you trying to look like me ::) ::) ::)
