Pards and Pardettes, wife wanted to surprise me with a 1876 NWMP Carbine for making O-5 in USCG.  The distributors are having trouble locating one of these rifles.

I prefer the one in 45-75.

Anyone know of one please send me the information

The one on gunbroker actually does not exist, I bid on it and gun store asked their distributor for a rifle and nada...

Have you checked with CDNN?  They have the best prices on Chappys.  A number of pards on the '76 forum have picked up 76s there.  I think the NWMP carbines are $799, while the rifles are $699.  Rumor has it that Uberti is coming outwith their version this summer.  While it will be pricier, it will likely be of much high quality.  I have a Uberti 76 rifle in .50-95 and it is top quality right out of the box.
